1. Replenish merchandise and maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
2. Perform stock checks and assist sales associates with inventory inquiries.
3. Assist with merchandise floor moves, visual merchandising tasks and securing security tags.
4. Process Point‑of‑Sale transactions accurately and follow POS policies and procedures.
5. Greet and engage customers warmly, respond to questions, and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
6. Support fitting room operations to deliver a fast, seamless customer experience.
7. Maintain sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap; process go‑backs and unpack incoming merchandise.
8. Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance procedures, and all sales‑related company policies.

1. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished, professional manner.
2. Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
3. Basic cash handling and Point‑of‑Sale transaction experience or aptitude.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
5. Team player who can collaborate effectively with stock and sales associates to support the customer experience.
