1. Manage stockroom operations and lead the cashier/stock team to ensure efficient back-of-house workflows.
2. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor; execute merchandising resets as directed.
3. Oversee receiving, shipping and associated paperwork; ensure compliance with shipping/receiving protocols.
4. Conduct and participate in inventory counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies with accuracy and timeliness.
5. Operate Point-of-Sale systems and perform relevant register functions in accordance with company policies.
6. Deliver exemplary customer service on the selling floor; build and maintain repeat clientele through clienteling and client book management.
7. Adhere to time-and-attendance policies and participate in required training and development programs.

1. Minimum 1–2 years of retail or stockroom experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
2. Demonstrable experience operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and performing register functions.
3. Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
4. Ability to lift and move merchandise, work on a physically active schedule including weekends and holidays.
5. Reliable, punctual and capable of working cooperatively within a small store team.
