Michael Kors seeks an IT Project Manager in East Rutherford, USA to support cross‑functional IT projects. Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 USD.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling and documentation across multiple IT and cross‑functional workstreams.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and maintain project dashboards and status reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, prepare agendas and capture and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of project activities.
  • Monitor project risks, identify roadblocks and escalate issues to senior project leads when necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in team retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination or project management support.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience coordinating meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
