Michael Kors IT Project Manager

1. Support project planning, scheduling and documentation across multiple IT and cross‑functional workstreams.
2. Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and maintain project dashboards and status reports for leadership.
3. Coordinate and lead meetings, prepare agendas and capture and follow up on action items.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of project activities.
5. Monitor project risks, identify roadblocks and escalate issues to senior project leads when necessary.
6. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in team retrospectives.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination or project management support.
2. Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project and Microsoft Suite.
3. Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience coordinating meetings and stakeholder communications.
5. Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
