Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Deliver an elevated level of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain an up-to-date client book.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling and merchandising.
  • Manage post-sale customer care including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Execute Point-of-Sale (POS) and register functions accurately and comply with company cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain the selling floor and stockroom: merchandising, replenishment, inventory control and participation in inventories.
  • Administer shipping and receiving protocols and related documentation in line with store procedures.
  • Attend and participate in training, meetings and development programs as directed by store management.
