1. Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
2. Deliver an elevated level of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain an up-to-date client book.
3. Demonstrate deep product and trend knowledge to advise clients and maximize sales performance.
4. Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Execute daily store operations: maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
6. Support inventory processes including receiving, shipping, stockroom organization and periodic inventories.
7. Correctly operate Point-of-Sale systems and perform all register functions in accordance with policy.
8. Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development sessions.

1. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised service.
3. Strong communication skills and a client-focused disposition.
4. Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
5. Right to work in the United States.

Prior retail sales experience is required; experience within luxury or fashion brands and demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and clienteling is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
