1. Deliver an engaging in-store customer experience through proactive clienteling, product knowledge and styling advice.
2. Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a polished customer checkout experience.
3. Support store operations including inventory handling, loss-prevention practices, housekeeping and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
4. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store tools and technology to fulfil client needs across online and offline touchpoints.
5. Prioritise tasks to meet productivity and sales targets while supporting teammates on the sales floor.
