Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated client experience and drive store sales performance through superior customer engagement and styling expertise.
  • Lead and execute daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational checklists.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to improve product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling practices.

Qualifications
