Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area to lead retail operations, clienteling and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience and drive store sales performance.
  • Lead and execute opening and closing procedures, daily operational tasks and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store team members to improve selling skills, product knowledge and service standards.
  • Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment setting.
  • Drive omni‑channel sales by leveraging digital tools, click‑and‑collect and other integrated retail technologies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory control to support commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and deliver measurable results in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong clienteling skills with a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
