1. Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive sales and loyalty.
2. Lead and execute daily store opening and closing procedures and key operational tasks.
3. Coach and develop sales associates on trend knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling.
4. Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat traffic and long-term client engagement.

6. Demonstrate leadership through multi-tasking, problem solving and maintaining service standards.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
