Michael Kors Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, achieving KPIs and executing promotional initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop retail teams to deliver exemplary client service and sustained conversion growth.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation, scheduling and POS management.
- Execute and maintain brand merchandising standards, visual displays and on-floor presentation.
- Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment and loss-prevention best practices.
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalized service.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Proven supervisory or assistant-management experience in luxury, premium or high-volume retail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, develop talent and drive measurable sales results.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations (cash handling, inventory, loss prevention).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
