Kendo (LVMH) seeks a Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern in London (hybrid) to support demand forecasting, reporting and Anaplan/Excel analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist analysis of historical sales, trends and seasonality to support demand forecasting and inventory decisions.
- Maintain and update demand plans and forecast models in Excel and Anaplan.
- Prepare and validate data inputs for monthly S&OP meetings and attend demand review meetings to document decisions and actions.
- Run, maintain and distribute weekly performance and Supply & Demand reports.
- Support dashboard updates and help improve access to commercial and supply‑chain metrics.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to collect demand inputs and reconcile forecast assumptions.
- Translate data into concise, actionable insights and support presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline data flows and reporting consistency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Anaplan.
- Analytical mindset with solid numerical and mathematical ability.
- Effective written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting data to stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach and confidence working across Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
- Interest in retail or consumer goods; prior beauty industry exposure is a plus.

Entry-level internship: suitable for students or recent graduates with coursework or initial internship experience in analytics, supply chain, commercial planning or a related discipline.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics or a closely related field.
