Kendo Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern

Kendo is a San Francisco–based beauty brand developer and wholesaler that incubates and scales digitally native cosmetic and skincare concepts. 1. Assist analysis of historical sales, trends and seasonality to support demand forecasting and inventory decisions.
2. Maintain and update demand plans and forecast models in Excel and Anaplan.
3. Prepare and validate data inputs for monthly S&OP meetings and attend demand review meetings to document decisions and actions.
4. Run, maintain and distribute weekly performance and Supply & Demand reports.
5. Support dashboard updates and help improve access to commercial and supply‑chain metrics.
6. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to collect demand inputs and reconcile forecast assumptions.
7. Translate data into concise, actionable insights and support presentation materials for stakeholders.
8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline data flows and reporting consistency.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
2. Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and experience working with large datasets.
3. Familiarity with or willingness to learn Anaplan.
4. Analytical mindset with solid numerical and mathematical ability.
5. Effective written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting data to stakeholders.
6. Collaborative approach and confidence working across Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
7. Interest in retail or consumer goods; prior beauty industry exposure is a plus.

Entry-level internship: suitable for students or recent graduates with coursework or initial internship experience in analytics, supply chain, commercial planning or a related discipline.

Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics or a closely related field.
