Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for fragrance products.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support product launches and market expansions.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to stay abreast of changes in regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents and dossiers for product registrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and legal, to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the business and advise management accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of international regulatory requirements for fragrances.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in regulatory software and databases. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the fragrance or cosmetics industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
