Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations related to export and travel retail across Europe.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor budgetary controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with export and travel retail activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial control within the retail or luxury sector.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
