1. Lead and manage the counter, motivating and developing the team in accordance with Guerlain guidelines, retail KPIs, and sales targets, including staff scheduling.
2. Provide professional, individualized, and unique customer consultations following Guerlain guidelines.
3. Build and develop a strong and exclusive customer base.
4. Ensure an excellent level of service with a customer-oriented mindset.
5. Control and optimize counter operations, sales, and metrics, including reporting.
6. Develop and organize sales-promoting activities at the point of sale.
7. Maintain the luxurious brand image and implement merchandising guidelines.

1. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
2. Experience in team leadership.
3. Strong identification with the Maison.
4. Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market.
5. Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail with team leadership responsibilities.
