Fendi Internal Control Manager

1. Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of existing controls through periodic operational reviews, formulating recommendations, and ensuring their implementation.
2. Support the definition and execution of a risk-based audit plan for corporate processes.
3. Collaborate on the Group's annual testing campaign to maximize results and optimize resources.
4. Ensure compliance of corporate processes with Maison guidelines, regulations, and business standards.
5. Prepare summaries and presentations for Top Management to share results, analyses, and recommendations.
6. Support the review of corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with LVMH Group standards.
7. Participate in international assignments within the Maison's global ecosystem.
8. Conduct or collaborate on internal fraud investigations, whistleblowing analyses, and due diligence.
9. Promote internal control best practices and support business groups in achieving their objectives.
10. Manage innovation projects within the department, utilizing data analytics and AI to enhance auditing practices.
11. Collaborate with the WW Internal Control team to support broader team activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Management preferred.
2. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in audit procedures and methodologies.
3. Experience in an audit firm is preferred.

1. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
2. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
3. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to build effective working relationships and work autonomously.
7. Excellent time management skills.

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in audit procedures and methodologies, with relevant expertise in applying analytical tools to risk management.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Management preferred.
