FENDI Japan is hiring a Store Manager in Tokyo to lead sales, operations and team development at its Tokyo boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve store, individual and team sales targets through active leadership and performance management.
- Lead recruitment, on‑the‑job training (OJT) and continuous development of a team of approximately 5–10 sales colleagues.
- Elevate store service levels and client experience through proactive CRM, clienteling and customer service initiatives.
- Oversee daily store operations, visual standards, inventory control and compliance with company procedures.
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities and local marketing initiatives in coordination with regional teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting on sales performance, KPIs and client activity to regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven store manager experience within a luxury fashion or leather‑goods brand.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a small retail team (circa 5–10 people).
- Minimum 3 years' relevant retail experience.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (basic level or above).
- Conversational English skills are welcome; strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.

Education
