1. Lead the adaptation and execution of global visual strategies to enhance business performance and brand positioning across South Asia.
2. Serve as the primary visual merchandising voice in strategic retail planning, store development, client experience initiatives, and cross-functional business reviews.
3. Oversee and manage the implementation of global creative and visual merchandising standards, ensuring luxury excellence while delivering market-relevant, bespoke client experiences.
4. Manage regional creative production processes, including creative briefs, layout plans, product placement, and close liaison with headquarters visual merchandising teams.
5. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams such as Client Marketing & Events, Retail, Merchandising, Operations, and Store Planning to align visual initiatives with broader brand objectives.
6. Drive regional visual merchandising operational efficiency by identifying needs, developing scalable solutions, and introducing innovative ways of working.
7. Design and deliver visual training programs for Retail teams and In-store visual merchandising teams.
8. Create a regular visit schedule to retail boutiques to identify training opportunities, establish best practices, onboarding frameworks, and visual standards across the network.
9. Act as the field communication lead and provide structured feedback from the markets.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Visual Merchandising.
2. Regional leadership experience in luxury retail or fashion house.

1. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
3. Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to translate brand identity into compelling in-store experiences with commercial impact.
4. Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale, multi-market projects concurrently.
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Comfortable with frequent international travel across the region.

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Visual Merchandising, with regional leadership experience in luxury retail or fashion house.
