1. Manage all in-store visual merchandising elements to ensure alignment with brand standards.
2. Design and create local initiatives in collaboration with the UK Marketing team.
3. Project manage visual merchandising concepts from conception to installation for domestic and travel retail markets.
4. Develop and oversee stand-alone boutique concepts and updates across the estate.
5. Engage with local departments including Marketing, Travel Retail, Commercial, and Retail teams.
6. Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure project success.
7. Design 3D concepts for retail spaces based on global guidelines and oversee their completion.
8. Incorporate sustainable practices into design processes.
9. Create 2D and 3D design proposals and technical layouts for the UK market.
10. Support the Visual Merchandising and Promotional Design Manager in daily tasks.
11. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
12. Manage day-to-day interactions with suppliers and other departments.

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in the industry.
2. Qualification in a design-related subject is desirable.
3. Strong interest in Retail Visual Merchandising Design.
4. Fluency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Proficiency in Sketchup and VRAY rendering is preferable.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
7. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
