1. Support administrative processes throughout the grant-making life cycle, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
2. Coordinate documents and assist in the grant decision process for internal meetings.
3. Monitor and track grant agreements, contracts, and payment schedules in collaboration with the Regional Finance Business Partner.
4. Assist in the monitoring, evaluation, and learning process under the guidance of the Regional Programme Officer.
5. Act as a liaison for grants, facilitating communication with partner organizations.
6. Provide coordination and logistical support for programme-related meetings and events across multiple time zones.
7. Track actions and follow-ups from meetings to ensure accountability and continuity.
8. Support internal and external communications, including drafting updates and maintaining information systems.
9. Utilize digital tools for organizing and visualizing partner and initiative information.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of filing systems, templates, and process documentation.

1. Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.

1. Highly organized and methodical with strong attention to detail.
2. Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
3. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information.
6. Comfortable working across cultures and time zones with a service-oriented mindset.

1 to 3 years of experience in the non-profit or philanthropy sector, particularly in administrative, coordination, grant-making, or programme support roles.

Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
