1. Coordinate and implement training sessions and materials in alignment with the Fashion Learning and Style Expertise Manager.
2. Prepare and deliver collection trainings, client experience training, and briefings in various settings including boutiques, training rooms, and fashion schools.
3. Develop and organize a training calendar for new collections and other boutique needs.
4. Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts within the boutique to enhance training sessions and morning briefs.
5. Adapt training content to meet the specific needs and purchases of the boutiques, ensuring it is engaging and business-driven.
6. Coach Fashion Advisors and other roles on the boutique floor, creating client experience action plans and fostering a culture of coaching and feedback.
7. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Middle East and Paris Training Manager, Boutique Management, and HR.
8. Ensure new joiners complete pre-work before training sessions and conduct follow-ups to embed action plans.
9. Share regular qualitative and quantitative reports with the Middle East Training Manager, establishing KPIs to measure training effectiveness.

2. Proven track record of advanced organizational skills.

4. Exceptional observation and listening skills.
5. Proficiency in Arabic, Tagalog, or Chinese is advantageous.
