Chanel IT Financial Analyst

- Consolidate financial and portfolio data from Corporate teams, divisions, and regions, ensuring data validation post-submission.
- Develop and maintain TM1-connected, Excel-based reports linked to IT financial reporting tools for global tech stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT Controlling team to fulfill ad hoc requests and standardized deliverables for Corporate Finance and Leadership.
- Prepare monthly financial actuals by executing checks, making journal entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and distributing reports to Corporate IT teams.
- Organize and conduct refresher training sessions for the CRAFT IT financial reporting tool for Corporate, regional, and divisional teams.
- Assist in preparing for major forecast cycles, particularly at the CorpFIT domain level, and validate submission loads for the global SVMO team.
- Support the intercompany IT recharges process with the UK accounting team and reconcile main recharge accounts.
- Document processes to enhance team efficiency and ensure continuity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of financial reporting tools and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
Relevant experience in financial analysis or IT financial reporting is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
