Chanel is hiring a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant in London (Boots Stratford) to provide luxury beauty consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects Chanel’s luxury standards within the Boots Stratford environment.
  • Conduct bespoke fragrance and makeup consultations, including product recommendations, demonstrations and sampling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and concession sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain Chanel merchandising, visual standards and stock presentation in line with brand guidelines and Boots policies.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle transactions and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Support promotional activity and in-store events, and liaise with store management and Chanel retail leadership.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience in prestige beauty, cosmetics or fragrance preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a strong service orientation.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
