1. Deliver training events in collaboration with the Academy Team and other departments, including the annual Consultant Atelier.
2. Drive commercial performance and enhance client experience across all product categories.
3. Lead a culture of in-store coaching and develop individual coaching plans with management.
4. Collaborate with Head of Sales, Retail Development Managers, and Academy Training team to identify learning opportunities.
5. Analyze data to manage training priorities and implement learning strategies.
6. Create high-standard blended learning resources for in-store training using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Act as a digital learning champion, creating and adapting digital learning modules.
8. Maintain a strong field training presence, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
9. Support talent development within the Beauty Advisor community.
10. Manage time effectively to maximize the impact of store visits and create detailed reports.
