Chanel Fashion Coordinator Intern

1. Support daily coordination between design, production, merchandising and retail teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and production milestones.
2. Manage logistics for samples and prototypes: shipping, tracking, inventory reconciliation and return handling.
3. Maintain production and showroom calendars; schedule fittings, meetings and internal reviews.
4. Prepare presentation materials, line sheets and visual assets for showroom appointments and internal meetings.
5. Assist during fittings, photo calls and client or retail events; document notes and follow up on action items.
6. Update databases and trackers (sample status, size sets, QA issues) and produce concise status reports for stakeholders.
7. Liaise with external ateliers, vendors and couriers to resolve delivery or quality issues under direction of the coordinator or manager.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Merchandising, Textiles or a related field.
2. Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and detailed logistics.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive product and client information.
5. Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Previous internship or academic project experience in a fashion house, showroom, retail operations or production environment is preferred; 0–1 year of relevant experience is acceptable for this internship-level role.

Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Fashion, Merchandising, Business or a related discipline.
