- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while accurately processing transactions and managing payments through the POS.
- Maintain flagship visual merchandising and store presentation to Chanel standards, implementing seasonal windows and floor sets.
- Manage stock reception, replenishment and inventory accuracy; perform stock counts and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Use CRM tools to log client interactions, appointments and purchase histories; coordinate bespoke client experiences and private viewings.
- Participate in product training and brand initiatives; represent the brand at in-store events and client appointments.

- Proven ability to deliver high-touch service in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
