Chanel ESG Solutions & Analytics Intern

1. Support the collection, validation and consolidation of ESG and sustainability data across operations and suppliers.
2. Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and visualisations to track KPIs for carbon, waste, water, circularity and social metrics.
3. Perform quantitative analysis and modelling to inform emissions inventories, scenario analysis and target-setting.
4. Prepare materials and data visualisations for internal stakeholders and external reporting aligned with frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD).
5. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sourcing, operations, finance) to close data gaps and implement data governance improvements.
6. Conduct research on regulatory developments, industry benchmarks and best practices in sustainable luxury to inform strategy.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in sustainability, environmental science, data science, economics, engineering or a related field.
2. Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with demonstrable coursework or projects in data analysis or sustainability measurement.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and reconcile complex datasets.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Previous internships, academic projects or coursework in sustainability, ESG reporting, environmental analytics or data analysis are preferred; 0–2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
