Chanel ERP Business Analyst

1. Analyze and document current and future regional processes across R2R, S2P, and O2C domains.
2. Develop future-state process maps, swim lane diagrams, and RACI matrices.
3. Maintain and update HERO Core Model Solution Design documentation.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to validate D365 configurations against business requirements.
5. Prepare functional workshop materials and assist in capturing requirements.
6. Support testing activities including scenario creation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
7. Coordinate meetings and workshops with regional and global stakeholders.
8. Document stakeholder feedback and ensure traceability of decisions.
9. Assist in preparing training materials and organizing training sessions.
10. Support change management initiatives in collaboration with the Communications team.
11. Ensure seamless E2E business process flow across divisions and towers.
12. Maintain dashboards and trackers for process design, testing, and deployment status.
13. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to solution proposals.

1. 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ERP support, or process documentation.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable.

1. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) and documentation standards.
3. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ERP support, or process documentation across multiple disciplines.
