Bvlgari 3D Graphic & Technical Project Manager

- Centralize and consolidate all 3D assets of key watch components from various sources.
- Complete assembly of objects, ensuring consistency with the actual product.
- Model and modify elements to align with the real product.
- Provide CMF (Color, Material, and Finishing) indications for main components.
- Deliver finalized 'Master 3D' models for key references, usable across departments.
- Act as project owner and coordinator for the 3D development phase in new product projects.
- Coordinate 3D exchanges with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Transform 2D design intentions into exhaustive 3D models, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility.
- Manage the evolution and validation of 3D files until final approval.
- Support Communication and Marketing teams with accurate 3D assets.
- Ensure technical development and project management of new watch components from design to production validation.
- Technical background in Watch Construction
- 5+ years of experience in CAD product modeling or technical design, ideally in the watchmaking industry
- Strong expertise in 3D CAD software (ideally CREO, Rhino, SolidWorks or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of 2D software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
- Fluent in French with good technical English
- Technical rigor with aesthetic sensitivity
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage transversal projects
- Strong coordination skills to bridge creative and technical teams
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
