Bulgari — Rome: Celebrities & Talent Specialist (maternity cover) to manage VIP relations, influencer activations and talent logistics in a hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate celebrity and influencer activations across the region, including VIP dressings and customised look‑books for stylists and talent at major events (e.g. film festivals, award ceremonies).
  • Manage influencer marketing reporting: compile post‑event recaps, KPI and ROI analyses, and social analytics for editorial events and product launches.
  • Support VIP logistics and travel arrangements in coordination with the travel office to ensure seamless attendance at Bulgari events.
  • Contribute to the production of editorial content, celebrity interviews and cover shoots driven by talent relationships.
  • Monitor and consolidate celebrity‑driven press clippings into systematic recaps for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a global talent community and contact database in collaboration with regional teams; support the VIP gifting process.
  • Supervise talent fittings, gifting, product placement and attendance coordination for events, ensuring alignment with merchandising and marketing guidelines.
  • Coordinate product placement orders with regional teams and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Use insight and tracking tools to provide performance analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations and reports.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and content proposals for projects within the Global Celebrities team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in talent coordination and activation at regional or global level within luxury, fashion or sports (adjacent sectors such as arts, film or design are a plus).
  • Proven project management and planning capabilities with a track record of executing high‑visibility activations.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive problem‑solving ability and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
