Zenith Marketing Intern

- Compile media clippings and follow up on media tracking to measure brand exposure across different channels in collaboration with PR agencies.
- Coordinate photoshoots, track prototype availability, and ensure adherence to internal processes.
- Prepare materials for print and digital campaigns in collaboration with the headquarter graphic designer.
- Support the development, execution, and recap of brand events with internal boutiques or retail partners.
- Coordinate the change of visual merchandising within the trade according to brand guidelines and update the merchandising calendar for window animations.
- Track Zenith's digital visibility across retailer websites and social media, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Manage forecasts and stocks of POS materials, track and fulfill team requests, and organize POS material and gift storage.
- Support the sales team in developing training materials and incentive programs.
- Manage and improve the organization of the marketing team's online shared files.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in tracking budget files and invoices.
- Support meetings with external vendors for potential collaborations.
- Consolidate presentations for team reports and conduct competitor analysis.
- Assist the sales team with ad-hoc projects as requested.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- Fluency in English.
- Versatility in managing multiple tasks on short timelines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in an international context.
- Diligence and willingness to learn with the ability to work autonomously.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research skills.
Beginner level experience, with previous exposure to the luxury sector considered a plus.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
