1. Drive sales to achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
2. Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding client expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Zenith history and heritage in accordance with Zenith selling ceremony.
3. Demonstrate a high standard of luxury service by actively listening to customers’ needs and providing tailored recommendations.
4. Ensure full compliance to all retail procedures and operational guidelines.
5. Maintain an active, accurate, neat, and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests.
6. Capture new meaningful customer data according to Zenith CRM tool to personalize communications, and deliver a memorable shopping experience.
7. Promote and actively participate in events.
8. Propose new ideas to attract new clients and expand client book.
9. Ensure the boutique is consistently presented at the highest standard by overseeing the tidiness and cleanliness of all areas.
10. Manage in-store ambiance that enhances the customer experience.
11. Contribute to upholding merchandising material and products presentation in accordance with Zenith standards.
12. Cultivate an environment of mutual respect and teamwork by consistently supporting colleagues and collaborating harmoniously with all members of the team to achieve shared goals.
13. Provide assistance with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations with a successful sales track record, luxury watch industry experience is a plus.
2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Customer-oriented, with essential follow-up skills.
4. Team player, self-motivated with a positive and committed mindset.
5. Presentable, mature and with high level of integrity, trust, and honesty.
6. Punctual, timeline conscientious and eagerness to learn.
7. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
