Zenith Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement the local marketing strategy in collaboration with the Market Director, ensuring alignment with headquarters' directives.
- Execute and monitor the marketing strategy across Wholesale and Retail networks.
- Manage and adhere to the local annual budget allocated by headquarters, overseeing invoices and expenditures.
- Define and implement the annual media plan for the region in collaboration with the Market Director and PR agency via LVMH Media Agency.
- Develop and execute a geolocated cooperative media plan with partners.
- Create advertisements and oversee publications.
- Manage the local PR agency and provide operational support.
- Develop the annual PR plan with the Market Director and agency, monitoring editorial publications.
- Organize and participate in press days, fostering strong relationships with journalists.
- Implement a digital activation plan on partners' websites and monitor social media visibility on partners' accounts, launching sponsored campaigns in coordination with headquarters.
- Monitor competitors and propose ideas to maximize social media visibility.
- Update the store locator on the Zenith website.
- Ensure and optimize brand visibility at points of sale.
- Develop, execute, and represent the brand at events, providing operational support for sponsored events.
- Develop and monitor the Retail Marketing Plan, maintaining daily relations with the Retail team.
- Support the Market Director by organizing and conducting training sessions for partners as needed, regularly updating training materials according to brand news.
- Master's degree in Marketing/Communication (Business School, BAC + 5 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in the luxury industry, with a strong interest in the sector.
- Affinity with watchmaking is essential.
- Ability to work in a small team environment with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, and project management capabilities from conception to operational implementation with internal or external teams.
- Creative mindset and proactive approach.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in marketing or communication, preferably within the luxury sector.
Master's degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent.
