1. Oversee the comprehensive quality policy of the brand and ensure its operational implementation.
2. Manage and continuously improve the quality system, ensuring product and process quality both internally and with suppliers.
3. Ensure robust development processes and conduct quality analyses for after-sales service.
4. Facilitate effective interaction and optimal cross-functional collaboration between departments.
5. Participate in decision-making processes and design the industrial organization aligned with operational strategy.
6. Drive the improvement of cross-functional processes and support transformation initiatives.
7. Cultivate a strong customer-centric culture within the team.

1. Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent.
2. Extensive operational experience in the watchmaking industry, particularly in quality management and change management.
3. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing departments and diverse teams.
4. Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities.

2. Fluency in English and experience in an international company.
3. Result-oriented and pragmatic decision-making capabilities.
4. Ability to foster partnerships and maintain trust with external suppliers.

Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in quality management within the watchmaking industry.

Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent.
