Zenith Component Procurement Specialist

- Analyze component needs based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and sales forecasts.
- Manage stock levels of components, optimizing storage costs.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of supplier parameters in the ERP system.
- Maintain updated product sheets, including supply lead times and economic order quantities.
- Process and transmit orders to suppliers, ensuring meticulous follow-up on order portfolios.
- Coordinate component availability for subcontracting.
- Monitor supply chain disruptions and new product launches, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prioritize urgent goods receipt and quality control.
- Communicate order forecasts to suppliers and conduct business reviews.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers in line with purchasing strategy.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and purchasing performance.
- Analyze ERP-generated alert files and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Identify and implement cost optimization actions within the procurement portfolio.
- Serve as the primary interface for project managers on procurement aspects during new product launches.
- Master's degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience as a procurement specialist in an industrial environment, with significant purchasing experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Pro-Concept.
- Advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Effective prioritization and responsiveness.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within an industrial setting.
Master's degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
