Zenith Boutique Manager

- Achieve and surpass boutique targets in alignment with the brand’s retail strategy.
- Analyze business performance and propose actionable strategies to drive sales across product categories.
- Optimize profitability by managing costs effectively.
- Provide sales leadership by setting performance targets and defining relevant KPIs for team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional experiences to VIP and walk-in clients.
- Oversee the boutique's appearance and maintenance, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure optimal inventory management and accuracy in stock taking.
- Coordinate with regional head office for stock replenishments and active order requests.
- Maintain boutique timepieces, including strap changes and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
- Provide timely sales reporting to the Brand Director.
- Streamline processes and define action plans for implementation.
- Plan and communicate monthly staff programs to the regional office.
- Integrate and train new and existing team members.
- Conduct daily briefings to ensure target achievement and foster a motivated environment.
- Plan the monthly roster and ensure proper grooming according to boutique guidelines.
- Coach team members to achieve objectives through meetings, trainings, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective CRM activities.
- Nurture VIP client recruitment and address client concerns promptly.
- Monitor CRM KPIs and ensure execution of the Brand’s CRM strategy.
- Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in luxury retail operations.
- At least 5 years in a relevant leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership skills in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in one or more languages in addition to English.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Agility and adaptability to perform under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a creative mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail operations, preferably in the high-end luxury watch industry.
