- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning clientele, building long-term relationships and ensuring client retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling, cross-sell and upsell techniques.
- Execute clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment management and tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain meticulous visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Manage stock, support inventory control and assist with deliveries, replenishment and markdown execution.
- Support in-store events, private appointments and collaborations with the boutique team to maximise client experience.
- Proven customer-facing aptitude with a polished, professional demeanour suited to luxury retail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with high-net-worth clients.
- Commercially focused with a proven sales orientation and attention to achieving measurable targets.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; reliable and punctual.
- High standards of discretion, confidentiality and presentation appropriate for an elite luxury environment.

Typically 1–3 years of direct retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories; experience in high-end boutiques or flagship stores is strongly advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is desirable but not required.
