- Ensure accurate processing and stocking of all watches arriving at the boutique, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage the efficient movement and dispatch of watches to customers and other Watchfinder locations in the USA.
- Oversee day-to-day processes including administrative support for transactional activities, financial compliance, operations, logistics, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Maison and Group policies and procedures, supporting boutique audits and implementing action plans to exceed KPIs.
- Conduct scheduled and daily/weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate stock counts and tagging.
- Monitor inbound shipments and communicate delivery timelines.
- Facilitate the proper movement of products, ensuring quality control and preventing stock losses.
- Manage boutique supply inventory and ensure optimal organization throughout the boutique and back of house.
- Uphold Watchfinder standards within the boutique environment and liaise with boutique network and corporate team members.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
- General knowledge or affinity for luxury timepieces.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to project a professional image in appearance and demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Proficiency in computer skills and use of technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2 to 5 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred but not necessary.
Expected salary range: $24 - $26 per hour. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
