- Lead the implementation of the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Plan and execute comprehensive email campaigns across the customer lifecycle, utilizing the CRM tool Ometria.
- Conduct and refine AB tests to drive incremental growth and optimize CRM performance.
- Utilize BI and reporting tools for data-driven campaign analysis and strategy refinement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR and PECR.
- Mentor and develop two CRM Executives to build a high-performing team.
- 4-5 years of experience in CRM or related roles, including team management.
- Proven success in driving customer engagement and retention metrics.
- Expertise in CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management.
- Fluency in GDPR and data privacy compliance.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Proficiency in data segmentation and advanced targeting techniques.
- Experience in designing and executing complex CRM campaigns.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
4-5 years in CRM or related roles, including team management experience.
