- Coordinate the booking in and out of watch repairs using the in-house system for external repairers.
- Accurately enter invoice details for repairs being returned into the system.
- Assist in tracking the status of external repairs, ensuring detailed and accurate notes and return dates are maintained.
- Process repair estimates and gather additional information from external repairers as needed.
- Organize and transfer repairs according to the established workflow.
- Manage claims, identify irregular situations, and detect anomalies in any repair stages.
- Maintain B2B communication with internal and external partners, including suppliers, workshops, and manufacturers.
- Respond to inquiries received via the in-house dashboard efficiently.
- Manage flow backs, PAP, and returns processes.
- Process and allocate parts to repairs, placing orders for spare parts and straps from various suppliers.
- Organize and maintain stock, ensuring items are stored in correct locations.
- Update and log stock changes using the internal TS system.
- Perform return orders and register used and unused spare parts, including precious and non-precious metals.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using internal systems for tracking and logging information.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team and independently.
Experience in a similar administrative or servicing role within the luxury retail or watch industry is preferred.
