- Uphold operational excellence by mastering Watchfinder's sales fundamentals.
- Demonstrate a proactive sales mindset and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Support the Boutique Manager in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and coaching to sales consultants to maintain high customer service standards.
- Assist sales consultants with customer complaints and challenging situations.
- Ensure customer service feedback consistently meets and exceeds company expectations.
- Encourage team members to achieve personal, departmental, and store KPIs.
- Empathy and natural curiosity to offer an unforgettable client experience.
- Strong sales experience and passion for watches to meet sales targets.
- Innovative ideas and creativity to develop memorable events and client activations.
- Excellent structural and organizational skills to manage boutique operations.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and empathetic competencies.
- Business and results-driven mindset with a penchant for self-challenge.
- Proven experience in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Hands-on, agile, and proactive in taking initiative.
Strong experience in sales, particularly within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
Expected salary range: $30 - $33 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
