- Provide personalized customer experiences to clients and stakeholders.
- Exceed client expectations through innovative service delivery.
- Introduce clients to Watchfinder's services, including part-exchange, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Develop personal clientele through effective selling skills and proactive client outreach.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Watchfinder's history, services, products, and partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the boutique.
- Ensure the boutique adheres to global operating standards.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to support overall organization.
- Lead the appraisal process for timepieces involved in part-exchange, ensuring accurate process adherence.
- Background in sales or hospitality preferred.
