Watchfinder & Co. Parts and Service Administrator

- Order and maintain a core stock of essential parts.
- Distribute parts to technicians and assign parts to job numbers in the repair management system.
- Ensure parts are stored in relevant locations and update the system accordingly.
- Complete part requests from logistics, servicing, and sales teams.
- Coordinate the sending of watches to external contractors.
- Initiate and complete servicing time schedules.
- Communicate and follow up with repairers regarding pricing and estimated time of arrival.
- Process and file invoices.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager on external quotes.
- Maintain a clean and operational environment.
- Create and update parts locations as needed.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Contribute to improvements in parts and operational management.
- Strong administrative or office experience preferred.
- Experience with watches is advantageous, though training is available.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Highly conscientious with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage personal workload.
- Experience in a service-related environment is beneficial.

Prior experience in an administrative or service-related role is preferred, with familiarity in the watch industry being advantageous.
Compensation will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
