- Ensure compliance with US Customs criteria for product movement in and out of the logistics hub.
- Maintain transit and compliance with US Customs and Border Protection for all imports and exports.
- Assist in the creation, publication, and maintenance of customs manuals in alignment with Richemont policies.
- Coordinate with US brokers such as FedEx and Expeditors to provide relevant clearance instructions.
- Conduct regular internal audits to enhance compliance with US Customs and Border Protection.
- Collaborate with international logistics teams to ensure Customs/Trade compliance across the Watchfinder supply chain.
- Work closely with Richemont North America and the Import/Export Internal Control Supervisor to ensure domestic market compliance.
- Track and manage shipments to and from all US locations.
- Identify and resolve shipping delays or errors proactively.
- Assist with inventory control processes, including counts and stock movements.
- Support parts procurement and management.
- Assist with unpacking and packing of parcels as needed.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Methodical approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Effective communication skills via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Familiarity with Partner Government Agencies and US Customs clearances.
- Proficiency in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience with brokerage, import/export operations, customs, or trade compliance offices.
- Customs broker's license is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to review other Watchfinder hubs/operations.

A minimum of three years in brokerage, import/export operations, customs, or trade compliance offices is required. A customs broker's license is advantageous.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
