1. Execute high-quality repairs on client-owned merchandise, focusing on complex quartz and mechanical watch servicing.
2. Provide status updates on repairs to administrative staff and communicate any concerns to the Lead and Management.
3. Collaborate with fellow watchmakers to address challenging repairs.
4. Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs.
5. Adhere to all Tiffany & Co. policies, procedures, and departmental best practices, including those related to internal audits, human resources, and occupational safety.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in watchmaking.
2. Proficiency in repairing various types of timepieces.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of the English language.
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of a retail schedule.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $52 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
