- Execute high-quality repairs on client-owned merchandise, focusing on complex quartz and mechanical watch servicing.
- Provide status updates on repairs to administrative staff and communicate any concerns to the Lead and Management.
- Collaborate with fellow watchmakers to address challenging repairs.
- Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs.
- Adhere to all Tiffany & Co. policies, procedures, and departmental best practices, including those related to internal audits, human resources, and occupational safety.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in watchmaking.
- Proficiency in repairing various types of timepieces.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of the English language.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of a retail schedule.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $52 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
