1. Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store.
2. Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty, coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
5. Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
6. Support operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
7. Cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
8. Execute sales support functions to achieve store sales plans.
9. Collect and manage customer data to enhance client relationships.
10. Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
11. Resolve client and employee concerns using policy and procedural knowledge.

1. 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.
