- Perform quality repairs on all assigned client-owned merchandise orders for quartz collections.
- Assist fellow watchmakers in resolving complex repair challenges.
- Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs.
- Communicate status updates to administrative staff and escalate areas of concern to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and departmental best practices, including Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Occupational Safety.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical school training (minimum 2 years) and/or professional experience (minimum 2-5 years).
- Experience in the diagnosis and repair of quartz watches.
- Ability to perform water resistance testing techniques.
- Basic verbal and written English communication skills.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $43 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
