1. Perform quality repairs on all assigned client-owned merchandise orders for quartz collections.
2. Assist fellow watchmakers in resolving complex repair challenges.
3. Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs.
4. Communicate status updates to administrative staff and escalate areas of concern to management.
5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and departmental best practices, including Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Occupational Safety.

1. Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Technical school training (minimum 2 years) and/or professional experience (minimum 2-5 years).
4. Experience in the diagnosis and repair of quartz watches.
5. Ability to perform water resistance testing techniques.
6. Basic verbal and written English communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Customer service orientation.
9. Professional demeanor and appearance.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $43 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
