Tiffany & Co. Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

1. Ensure timely receipt and verification of all incoming merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
2. Prepare and verify pricing for Third Party memos and shipments from Laurelton Grading Lab.
3. Distribute non-production packages to appropriate departments.
4. Coordinate timely shipment of internal and external outbound merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
5. Ensure compliance with Courier, International Customs, and Tiffany & Co. policies for all shipping documentation.
6. Monitor and coordinate aging receipt of shipments, escalating issues to management as needed.
7. Conduct monthly audits of outbound shipments to identify discrepancies.
8. Maintain compliance paperwork, including Kimberley, Synthetic, VAT Tax, and Tiffany Source Warranty Statements.
9. Manage shipping supplies and coordinate orders as necessary.
10. Review and update SOP documentation, creating work instructions as needed.
11. Lead training sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
12. Adhere to workplace safety policies and procedures.

1. Associate’s degree or relevant experience
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
3. Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Associate’s degree or relevant experience

The hiring range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
