- Deliver exceptional client service and hospitality throughout the client's visit.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of junior waitstaff.
- Anticipate and fulfill client needs by understanding their preferences and collaborating with client advisors.
- Provide fine dining service with expertise in food and wine, including formal service nuances.
- Communicate professionally with clients and kitchen staff, offering clear explanations and suggestions.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality area readiness and operational efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and supply distribution.
- Support seamless client experiences during appointments and daily operations.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas, adhering to safety and hygiene policies.
- Engage clients with storytelling and brand-related information, conveying Tiffany's heritage and values.
- Participate in special projects and events as required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants/hotels.
- Experience in luxury retail or the service industry is advantageous.
- ServSafe Certification and wine certifications such as WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and technological aptitude.
- Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish or French.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of organization.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel for events and training.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility and autonomy.
- Commitment to team collaboration and fostering a positive environment.
A minimum of 3 years in fine dining or upscale restaurant/hotel settings is preferred, with additional experience in luxury retail or service industries being beneficial.
The hiring range for this position is $33.66 - $45.54 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
