1. Deliver exceptional client service and hospitality throughout the client's visit.
2. Oversee and coordinate the activities of junior waitstaff.
3. Anticipate and fulfill client needs by understanding their preferences and collaborating with client advisors.
4. Provide fine dining service with expertise in food and wine, including formal service nuances.
5. Communicate professionally with clients and kitchen staff, offering clear explanations and suggestions.
6. Maintain high standards of hospitality area readiness and operational efficiency.
7. Assist in inventory management and supply distribution.
8. Support seamless client experiences during appointments and daily operations.
9. Uphold cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas, adhering to safety and hygiene policies.
10. Engage clients with storytelling and brand-related information, conveying Tiffany's heritage and values.
11. Participate in special projects and events as required.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants/hotels.
2. Experience in luxury retail or the service industry is advantageous.
3. ServSafe Certification and wine certifications such as WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers preferred.

2. Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish or French.
3. Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in fine dining or upscale restaurant/hotel settings is preferred, with additional experience in luxury retail or service industries being beneficial.

The hiring range for this position is $33.66 - $45.54 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
