- Deliver exceptional client experiences and hospitality from the start of the Tiffany journey, ensuring outstanding service throughout the visit.
- Anticipate client needs by learning preferences and collaborating with client advisors to offer tailored food and beverage choices.
- Prepare and serve petits fours and a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks.
- Coordinate daily activities of the waitstaff team, ensuring operational efficiency in hospitality areas.
- Maintain readiness of hospitality spaces, equipment, and supplies to accommodate unexpected requests.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and distributing necessary supplies.
- Support the team in facilitating seamless and elevated client experiences during appointments and daily operations.
- Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of hospitality-related areas within the store.
- Coordinate hospitality supply inventory, including replenishment needs and optimal storage organization.
- Engage clients by storytelling and sharing key historical and brand-related information.
- Uphold Tiffany’s cultural values, projecting an approachable and professional image.
- At least two years of experience as a waiter or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or the service industry is advantageous.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in technology.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel for special events and training.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, with a preference for luxury hospitality or retail experience.
The hiring range for this position is $33.66 - $45.54 per hour, dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
